本作は賀十つばさの同名小説を原作にしたスイーツ・ヒューマンドラマだ。パティシエとしての修業を積み、大阪で洋菓子店を開いた白井葵（しらいあおい）は経営がうまくいかず、店を閉じることに。そこにくせの強い料理研究家・佐渡谷真奈美（さどやまなみ）が現れ、白井の店の厨房でたった1人のためのお菓子教室を開く。その教室にやってくる生徒は、それぞれが心に痛みを抱えている人たちだった。そして菓子を作り、味わう時間が、孤独な心を優しく包み込んでいく。
该剧围绕张若晨和程哲海两兄弟的游泳生涯和情感纠葛展开，讲述一群天赋异秉的少年从全国各地被选拔到乐海体校后，经过家庭、校园和社会的历练，最终寻找到真正自我的故事。

So it is with great relish that for the second season, we are going to take the series into the realm of women, love potions and poisons.”
